The word bulgogi (pronounced bull-go-gee) is derived from two symbols, bul, meaning, fire, and gogi, meaning meat. This kit, one of our easiest to prepare, will walk you through how to marinade the meat and how to grill it both on your BBQ or in your kitchen. The kit comes with everything you need including the premeasured ingredients, preparation instructions, table setting suggestions, a take and go shopping list for fresh ingredients and ideas for accompanying dishes and drinks. We even include a zip baggie for you to marinade the meat in.
As with every Kit you also receive our fun and informative trivia to enjoy with your dinner guest. A great way to inspire discussion and learning both with adults and children.

First - let me start by saying that we had a friend over who is Korean and claimed this is better that his moms... and that is saying a lot! This is the PERFECT beef dish. Exotic but not too out there, tasty with a little kick but not too spicy and addictive and yummy (esp. if you use a pinch of their secret ingredient). Highly recommended - do not pass up this dish!
