Garam masala is a mixture of spices that literally warm the body from within. Common throughout India and the surrounding areas, this Bengali variation contains a number of spices that are not just tasty but also beneficial to your health. The mixed vegetables are enhanced with panch phoran, a Bengali mixture of five spices, and served with piping hot basmati rice to complete the dinner.
