Today bulgogi is one of the most popular Korean foods. The word is derived from two symbols, bul, meaning, “fire”, and gogi, meaning “meat”. The deep flavors of soy and sesame are brought to their peak when grilled over hot coals. Unlike most Korean food, this dish has only a small hint of chili spice and garlic.
