Exchanges Destiantion Dinners aims for 100% saticfaction for all of our products. Cooking and Serving Tools may be exchanged for other items of equal value or store credit. To qualify for an exchange you must contact us at sale[at]destinationdinners.com within 14 days of reciept for authorization. Items must all be in perfect non-used state and returned in the orginal shipping box. Due to the nature of a Recipe Kit, only sealed Kits can be exchanged for equal value product(s) or store credit. Sorry, Destination Dinners offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. It is up to the customer to pay for return shipping fees.
Damages In the case an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sale[at]destinationdinners.com. To receive a replacement item, please include a digital photo of the damage. If in stock, a new item will be shipped to you immediately. If the item is no longer in stock, you will recieve a store credit or refund for the item. All damage claims need to be made within 7 days of reciept. |
