The Containers

The unique cube-like containers used in our kits were originally created back in the '60s for the pharmaceutical industry.  Brought to the world's attention by Andy Warhol who used them in his piece, Portaits of the Artist, from Ten From Leo Castelli, the cubes now hold a place in the perminanent collection  of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

The cubes are made of food-safe acrylic and are recyclable. However we strongly recommend they are reused rather than discarded.  Small cubes are great as pill boxes, medium ones perfect for organizing drawers, and large cubes can even become flower vases.  Only your imagination limits you.

If you still can't figure out what to do with them?  Donate them to your local school, especially the science or art departments.

A Handwritten Card Says It All

Nothing says "I am thinking of you" more than a hand-written note, but in this age of Internet, personal messages are often banished to the bottom corner of a receipt like piece of paper or typed in the same lettering as an antique newspaper.  At Destination Dinners we print your message in a hand written style of lettering on the front of a crisp white folded card.  We don't limit your message length and in fact have been known to email and call if orders are being shipped to someone else and don't include a message.

Together we can make it the most memorable gift ever!
