This dish is very much like a Lebanese meat loaf and therefore can be stored in the same way. If you are cooking for just a few, you can mix the ingredients and split the meat into two portions, cook one and freeze the other before cooking (as long as you start with fresh meat) or you can cook the entire dish and then freeze the portion you don't use. If you store the uncooked portion, expect the cooking process to take about 1 to 1.5 times as long to cook.
Pre Measured Ingredients for the Kibbeh lamb recipe: fine bulgur wheat, pine nuts, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, sumac, allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, ground cloves, fenugreek, ground ginger., preparation instructions, shopping list, table setting suggestions and Tea & Trivia to enjoy with guests over dinner.

My friends and I had a ball with this kit. The recipe was easy to make and tasted great. We added hummus, olives and tabouleh as suggested. We had baklavah for dessert. The kit also includes a very nice tea with cinnamon. We've already planned our next dinner!
