Usually found on the street corner stands, this chickpea croquet is a fun, healthy food with abundant flavor. The hot sauce is extra, extra hot!

 Serves 4 to– 6 adults

Fresh ingredients you will need: flat parsley, cilantro, an onion, garlic, lemon juice and pita bread. For garnish we recommend: tomatoes, cucumbers and hummus.
