Ginger Grater
with fitted dish
Known as ‘Oroshiki’ in its native Japan, this handy tool makes grating ginger easy. The tiny teeth catch the fibers while leaving the pulp and ginger juice in the fitted dish. Also great for grating daikon which is commonly used in Japanese dishes to make sauces, like soy, adhere better to foods.
The dish is 4 inches by 3 3/4 inches not including the handle, and the fitted dish is 3/4 inch deep.
