Great choice!  Off to Seoul, Korea to experience one of this country's most favored barbeque recipes, Bulgogi.  The word bulgogi (pronounced bull-go-gee) is derived from two symbols, bul, meaning, “fire”, and gogi, meaning “meat”.   This kit, one of our easiest to prepare, will walk you through how to marinade the meat and how to grill it both on your BBQ or in your kitchen.  The kit comes with everything you need including the pre-measured ingredients, preparation instructions, table setting suggestions, a take and go shopping list for fresh ingredients and ideas for accompanying dishes and drinks.  We even include a zip baggie for you to marinade the meat in.

As with every Kit you also receive our fun and informative trivia to enjoy with your dinner guest.  A great way to inspire discussion and learning both with adults and children.

Going Camping?  This is a great kit to bring on the trip either to make there or already in the marinade.

Pre-measured ingredients in the Kit: soy, roasted sesame seeds, dark sesame oil, dark sugar, black peppercorn, Korean chili powder, sancho.

Fresh ingredients you will need: beef (chicken or shrimp can be substituted), garlic, green onions, ginger and leafy lettuce.  If you are feeling adventurous you might also want to have some Kimchi and white rice.
